Return and refund policy

If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return the items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the products are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our website, providing your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is authorized, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. 

If any product has a defect or is faulty and has been reported within 30 days of purchase a full refund or exchange will be provided, the cost of shipping the item back for this reason will be met by Sherwood Sales.

The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

Please note that these terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
